当方、身長180cm、75kg。
良い点：チェア全体の剛性は強いが、座面や背もたれは柔軟性があり、座り心地が良い。カスタマイズが細かくでき、様々なシーンで無理のない体制を維持できる。
悪い点：リクライニングに肘掛けが連動するので、背もたれを倒すと肘掛けも前上がりになり腕が窮屈になる。肘掛けの最低位置が高いため肩がつまる。

平日は仕事、休日はゲームや映画を見るときに使っています。座り心地がいいので、気づいたら何時間も座っていることがあります（笑）。肘掛けを動かしたり、背もたれを倒したりできるので、そのときに合わせて使えるのがいいですね。

パソコン作業用に購入しました。肘掛けが上下だけじゃなく前後にも動くので、自分の腕に合わせやすいです。最初はそこまで気にしていませんでしたが、使ってみると意外と重要でした！

在宅勤務で毎日かなり長く座っています。前の椅子は夕方になると腰が気になっていましたが、E3 AIR 4.0に替えてからだいぶ楽になりました。腰の部分がちゃんと支えてくれる感じで、これはいいですね。

座面も広めで窮屈な感じがなく、メッシュなので夏場も思ったほど蒸れません。アームレストも動かしやすく、パソコン作業のときに肘の位置を合わせやすいです。値段はそれなりにしますが、毎日使うものなので満足しています。
