Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you may contact Hbada to arrange a return or exchange. If the product has a quality issue, we will accept returns and exchanges free of charge; however, for returns or exchanges due to customer preference, we will deduct 15% of the product price as a return shipping fee. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we will deduct 15% to 50% of the item price as compensation, depending on the extent of the damage. For returns, we will process your refund within 7 business days after confirming the return. For exchanges, we will ship the new item after receiving the returned item. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as the item has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel after the item has been shipped, we will do our best to stop the delivery. If we are successful in stopping the shipment, no fees will be charged; however, if we are unable to stop it, you must contact us after receiving the item and return it at your own expense. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
