We welcome collaborations with creators in the tech, home office, and wellness sectors. You can apply directly to our affiliate program via Impact (ID: 52071) or Uppromote.
Would you be able to provide a free sample product for an honest review?
Yes, we do. Through our Elite Tester Program, selected creators are provided with our latest ergonomic chairs, such as the E3 Pro 2026 model or the X7 series, free of charge. In return, we request an honest review with high-quality photos and videos within 14-30 days of receiving the chair.
Does Hbada offer paid collaborations or performance-based partnerships?
At Hbada, we offer several collaboration formats to help you grow with us.
Affiliate Partnership: This is a performance-based revenue program conducted through our affiliate network.
Elite Tester Program: This is a product-centric collaboration aimed at gathering reviews and feedback.
Brand Sponsorship: For top creators (such as our past collaboration with JerryRigEverything), we also offer fixed-fee partnerships as part of our efforts to enhance global brand recognition.
How can I join the Hbada affiliate program and earn rewards?
Participating is very simple.
Register: Please choose either Impact or Uppromote from the affiliate page and register.
Obtain a dedicated link: After your application is approved, you will have access to your own dashboard where you can find your dedicated tracking links and promotional materials.
Share and earn rewards: Share your link on your blog, YouTube, social media, etc. If a user makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your link, you will earn a reward.
What is the commission rate for the Hbada affiliate program?
We offer a competitive commission structure within the industry, allowing you to earn 5% to 10% commission per successful sale. As Hbada's flagship series consists of premium, high-priced products, the commission earned per sale will be an attractive amount for our partners.
How and when do I receive affiliate commissions?
Payouts are processed through our affiliate platforms (Impact or Uppromote). Payments are typically made on a monthly cycle via PayPal or bank transfer, depending on your account settings. This ensures that all tracking data is finalized and your earnings are accurately reflected.
Could you issue special discount codes or coupons for your followers?
Yes, we do. By participating in either our Affiliate Program or Elite Tester Program, we offer a dedicated, personalized discount code for your followers. This provides exclusive benefits to your community and allows creators to visualize their impact and maximize their rewards.
Does Hbada also collaborate with micro-influencers and small niche channels?
Yes, absolutely! Micro-influencers are very important to us because they have a high level of trust within their communities. Those who run channels specializing in specific niches, such as software engineering, PC gaming, ergonomic health, or minimalist home office setups, are an excellent fit for Hbada.
We recommend that smaller creators first join our affiliate program via Impact. Once a few natural conversions occur through your dedicated discount link, our influencer team will automatically review your account and invite you to our free product sampling list.

When we provide you with a chair free of charge for review purposes, we request the following usage rights to help your content reach a wider audience.
Re-use in organic posts: Hbada reserves the right to re-use your content, with your creator name explicitly stated, on our official social media, email newsletters, and product landing pages, on a non-exclusive and perpetual basis.
Use in paid advertising (whitelisting): If our marketing team wishes to run paid advertisements through your account (whitelisting/partnership ads), or use your videos in a paid campaign, we will contact you separately to discuss additional licensing fees or an increase in your compensation rate.
As an affiliate, can I introduce Hbada products on TikTok Shop or Amazon?
Standard affiliate links via Impact/Uppromote are intended for use on personal blogs, YouTube descriptions, Linktree, etc., and generate direct commissions of 5% to 10%.
Meanwhile, approved Amazon Influencers or TikTok Shop Creators can also directly tag and introduce Hbada products within the native marketplaces of each platform. Please note that commissions on native platforms will follow the rules of each respective marketplace. During sales of flagship models, we can also provide exclusive discount codes for your audience to help increase conversion rates outside of the platform, so please feel free to inquire.
After my application is approved, how long will it take for the sample product for review to arrive?
Once the influencer team approves your application and confirms your desired model (such as E3Pro or X7), we will proceed with the shipping process quickly and smoothly.
Processing Time: It takes approximately 2-3 business days to register tracking information in the system.
Delivery Time: Since we utilize regional shipping hubs, creators in Japan typically receive their chairs within 3-7 business days.
We cover all shipping and customs fees, so you can fully focus on creating unboxing videos for your followers.
